Hi there,
I took this shot only a few hors ago.Alamost dark outside and the wind forced
me to use a high iso range.
Thanks for looking,
Remy

Hi Remus,
i think the butterfly is a "Pontia edusa".
It looks very nice against the dark background.
Very beautiful is the repetition of the Eyes color in parts of the plant.
Unfortunately you can see the high ISO number in the background.
But for
me that is still not bad.
In summary, a nice shoot!
Best regards, Karl

i follow the word´s of Karl.

But the Photo is still amazing.
The dark light atmosphere is realy beauty.
I like it a lot

Hi Remy,
as my previous speakers already mentioned the high ISO setting is unfortunately visible in form of noise in the dark areas of the background. But it's not so bad...
The shot in general is very nice indeed. I like the butterfly and the nice presentation as well as the rather wide open aperture setting in this foto. It creates a selective sharpness which guides the viewer's eyes right to the main thing - the butterfly....

Congratulations to this successful picture.
My only criticism would be the - in my view - too dark background.
Otherwise, a great picture!

Helmchen hat geschrieben:too dark background.
Gerade das gefällt mir hier sehr gut.
Das ergibt einen schönen kontrast zum falter.

Hi Remus,
An unusual composition. I kind of like the dark background. The butterly is really glowing in the pic
nice work, but some noise reduction would improve clearly the quality of the macro

Hi Remus,
congrats to a beautiful pic in good quality regarding the high iso. The contrast between the background and the butterfly looks just great.
